Overview
When I joined Arketa, I led a team of 3 designers on a comprehensive redesign of Arketa's studio dashboard for our core studio management product. This revamp not only included the core scheduling software, but also added a point of sale, expanding capabilities for multi-location studios, and added a host of new features like support for family-linked accounts, cross-sell / upsell opportunities and even a robust messaging product. This was an extra-large project that took 8 months and consisted of over 1600 screens, with hundreds of userflows.
